Guests can enjoy collecting fresh chicken eggs and indulging in the delicious organic produce grown in our garden. Walking through our small coffee plantation is also an incredible experience.

More than 300 trees were planted in the project to contribute to nature, allowing the property to blend into the vegetation and become a true sanctuary.
The floors, made with "Mosaics" and "Terrazos," provide an artistic touch and reflect the rich cultural heritage and traditions of the region. Inside, the warmth and cozy wooden decor, sourced from the forests of the Osa Peninsula, a material valued for its strength and durability, create a homely and relaxing atmosphere.
The expansive panoramic windows allow for enjoyment of the natural surroundings and offer a peaceful refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Additionally, the use of exposed concrete, a signature of the architect in most of their works, adds a modern and unique touch, and in this case, achieves a perfect balance with the wood of the house.

1- Furniture Arrangement: Do not rearrange the furniture.
2- Illegal Substances: No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
3- Guest Policy: No unregistered guests are allowed.
4- Tube Usage: Please do not use the tube from February to May, as water can be scarce during the summer.
5- Commercial Use: It is strictly forbidden to use the property for commercial purposes.
6- Privacy and Photos: It is strictly forbidden to publish photos on any social media that compromise the privacy of the property, including taking photos of the house itself.
7- Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
8- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the entire property.
9- Pets: Pets are welcome on the premises as previously agreed upon. However, additional pets or pets that were not accurately described are not permitted to enter.
10-Property Boundaries: Please be aware that our property boundaries are strictly enforced. Leaving the premises constitutes trespassing on private properties, which is illegal. Please stay within our property boundaries.

Key information
The access road to the house is 100% safe, however, the street is narrow and very steep, so it is advisable to drive slowly and with caution. The last kilometer is not paved and it is necessary to come in an SUV (4x4 is not necessary) to facilitate driving. In short, it is the price of being in the middle of nature!
Important to mention there are 3 security cameras around the property. This is for your safety! No camera is recording audio!
